These terms apply to your use of architectureskills.com (the "website") and to any ebook or other digital product you buy from it. The website is run by Architecture.skills, operated by Ar. Arun Ahlawat and Ar. Pallavi Sharma, Delhi, India ("we", "us"). By using the website or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products, mainly ebooks in PDF format, on architecture, interiors and home construction. Each product page shows the title, a description, the format and the price. Digital products are delivered online; nothing is shipped.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Wix Payments and/or Razorpay). We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Discount codes are valid only for the products, period and number of uses stated with them, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Delivery

After a successful payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

4. Licence to use

When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute or publish the ebook or any part of it, in print or online, or use it to create a competing product, without our written permission. Our ebooks carry a watermark, and all content, drawings and illustrations remain the intellectual property of Architecture.skills.

5. Nature of the information

Our ebooks and content are educational. They explain general good practice for residential design and construction in India. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified architect, structural engineer or other professional who has seen your site, drawings and local regulations. Building bylaws, soil conditions and costs vary by location. We are not responsible for decisions taken or work carried out on the basis of our content alone.

6. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Brand collaborations and enquiries

Submitting a brand inquiry or contact form does not create any agreement. Any collaboration is confirmed only through a separate written agreement or invoice.

8. Website use

Please do not misuse the website, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or submit false information through our forms. We may update, change or remove any part of the website at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
