Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our ebooks are digital products. Once a download link has been delivered, the product cannot be returned, so all sales are final except in the cases below.

1. When you will get a refund

• Not delivered: your payment went through but you did not receive the download link, and we are unable to deliver it within 48 hours of you contacting us.
• Faulty file: the file is corrupted or will not open, and we are unable to send you a working copy.
• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Wrong product: you received a different product from the one you paid for, and we are unable to send the correct one.

2. When refunds are not given

We do not offer refunds after a successful delivery for a change of mind, for buying the wrong title by mistake, or because the content did not meet personal expectations. Please read the product description, page count and audience before you buy, or write to us with any question first.

3. Cancellations

Because ebooks are delivered instantly after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is placed and any amount debited is reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider.

4. How to request a refund

Write to architectureskills1@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, the email used for the order, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply within 2 working days.

5. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
